What's the role on offer?
Take the lead in driving a proactive approach to fatigue risk management at Alliance Airlines! As the Fatigue Risk Management Lead, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing our operational safety by supporting and guiding teams across the business.
In this pivotal role, you'll:
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to enhance fatigue risk management practices and drive positive behaviours.
- Coach teams on fatigue risk management, ensuring continuous improvement and effective implementation of the FRMS.
- Process and classify fatigue reports, maintaining accurate databases and driving data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate the collection, analysis, and reporting of fatigue risk data to identify trends and improve controls.
- Collaborate with teams to develop training materials and promotional content that boost FRMS awareness and integration.
- Ensure accurate tracking of fatigue-related data across systems, working closely with Network Operations and Payroll teams.

Who we are looking for:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in aviation or a related field. You’re someone who thrives on analysing data, driving safety initiatives, and managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Background in aviation or a related tertiary qualification, with knowledge of Civil Aviation regulations and operational principles highly regarded.
- Understanding of fatigue risk management principles, safety systems, and bio-mathematical modelling software is highly desirable.
- Strong experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with airline operations, crew management systems, rostering environments, and related industrial agreements is an advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team and confidently lead meetings when required.
