The Role:
The Compliance/Admin Officer is a critical hire within our admin team. You will support Locum Life and will be responsible for all post-placement tasks including but not limited to: completing hospital compliance paperwork, Dr's paperwork, timesheets, travel, invoicing etc.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining job advertising boards and sending them out to all candidates
Maintaining a calendar of candidate availability for the recruitment consultants
Obtaining core documents from candidates for credentialing, and maintaining them on our CRM
Obtaining renewed core documents from candidates as their documents on-file expire
Formatting candidate resumes
Creating an application record in our CRM for all candidate applications
Completing credentialing paperwork on behalf of candidates for work placements
Obtaining Medicare provider numbers for candidates
Receiving travel instructions and booking all travel required for a work placement
Obtaining approval from our client to book travel and invoice for reimbursement
Providing all travel arrangements to the client, candidate & recruitment consultants
Generating invoices in our accounts system for travel reimbursements from our clients
Completing timecards for candidates, and liaising with our clients to have them signed off
Generating invoices on a candidate's behalf to facilitate their remuneration
Liaising with our third-party payroll providers to ensure candidates are paid via PAYG
Generating Invoices in our accounts system for reimbursement of candidate wages & agency fees
Experience & Skills Required:
One year minimum in an administrative role
Strong communication skills - written & verbal
Microsoft Office proficiency
Experience with G-Suite is preferred
CRM experience
Ability to work completely autonomously in a remote setting
High attention to detail and highly organized
Change agile and ability to learn on the fly
Ability to multi-task & work under pressure
Can effectively prioritise workload to ensure on-time delivery of work
Be candidate & client centric with a real focus on extraordinary thinking to support resolutions and meet expectations
Must have the desire to innovate; think outside the box, to problem solve and simplify processes
Ability to effectively operate with minimal supervision in a remote matrix
