As a senior Compliance Officer, you have over 5 years of experience in ensuring that the organization complies with all legal regulations and ethical standards :
- You monitor national and international developments, leading to changes in laws and regulations;
- You translate such laws and regulations into procedures and instructions;
- You monitor compliance with the procedures and instructions;
- You advise the branch network, central services and the local compliance functions;
- You raise staff awareness through training and communication.
Next to a proven degree in Law and experience in Compliance, you have the following core competences : Analytical thinking, Critical thinking, Decision making, Eager to learn, Effective communication, Group facilitation, Independent, Process driven, Result driven.
