We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ESG Compliance Officer to support the development, implementation, and management of the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) policies. This individual will play a key role in creating ESG policies, ensuring compliance, and managing projects to align operations with the company’s sustainability and governance goals.
The role involves close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain robust ESG frameworks, monitor adherence, and drive continuous improvement in ESG practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Policy Development
- Develop and lead on the ESG strategy of the group, including setting clear action plans and timelines.
- Drafting, refining, and formalizing the company’s ESG policy and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG principles into company policies and procedures.
- Ensure policies align with global ESG standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Compliance Management
- Oversee and project-manage the implementation of ESG policies across the organization.
- Develop tools and processes to monitor compliance with ESG policies.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to ensure adherence to ESG standards.
- Project Management
- Coordinate ESG initiatives and projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

- Serve as a liaison between the company and external auditors, regulators, and partners on ESG compliance matters.
6.Monitoring & Improvement
- Stay updated on ESG-related regulations, trends, and emerging best practices.
- Recommend and implement improvements to ESG policies and compliance frameworks.
- Benchmark the company’s ESG performance against industry standards and competitors.
- Materiality Assessments:
- Conduct materiality assessments to identify key ESG priorities specific to the Group.
Qualifications
- Education: Law, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in ESG or sustainability (e.g., LEED, GRI Certification) are a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in ESG, compliance, or policy development roles.
- Hands-on experience with ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with ESG requirements and frameworks for the iGaming and events industries.
- Strong understanding of ESG regulations, standards, and trends.
- Excellent project management skills with attention to detail.
