The Role
The People & Compliance Co-ordinator is an essential role and ensures that the highest standard of compliance is adhered to, across all aspects of the business, including Legal, Data Protection, Fire, Health & Safety and Human Resources, and is seen as a key point of contact in this important support function.
Key responsibilities
To carry out all administrative tasks required for the People & Compliance function to include but not limited to:
- Exception reports will be checked and actioned
- Phone calls to charity supporters completed
- Creating weekly and adhoc reports for internal and external use
- Accident reporting
- Weekly and monthly Fire, Health & Safety checks
- Complete Right to Work checks on new starters
- Organise inductions for new starters
- Maintain accurate records of training
- General administrative duties
Key skills and experience required
- Previous experience in a support role is desirable but not essential
- You must have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload demonstrating a proactive approach to work.
- Organised, have excellent written and verbal communication and have the ability to develop and maintain strong professional working relationships
- A can-do attitude, good time management and have the ability to adapt to situations demonstrating a positive approach to all areas of the business.
- A clear, logical, analytical and methodical approach to problem-solving
