Fresenius Kabi Baltics is currently looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join their team and ensure that all operations adhere to the highest standards of regulatory compliance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and improving compliance systems, implementing global corporate policies, and supporting risk management. Your contributions will help ensure that Fresenius Kabi continues to deliver top-quality healthcare products that make a difference in the lives of patients.

What will be your key responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining and enhancing local compliance systems – Ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to applicable compliance standards and regulations.
Implementing global corporate policies – Adapt and localize corporate guidelines policies procedures to the local needs and regulations in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
Supporting internal controls and audits – participate in audits, providing insights and driving continuous improvement in processes and risk management.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and management – Foster strong working relationships to promote continuous improvement, efficiency and operational quality.

What experience should you have:

What we expect from you:

A Master’s degree will be an advantage, providing you with a solid foundation for this responsible position.
Experience in compliance, ideally within the pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar industries
Meticulous attention to detail and precision in preparing and reviewing documentation.\Strong communication skills in both written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
Internal audit/risk management/GDPR experience is an advantage.
