Kickstart your journey in compliance and fraud prevention as a Junior Compliance and Anti-Fraud Associate intern, and gain hands-on experience with our Compliance and Anti-Fraud team!
How you’ll go beyond: 📈
Knowledge Base and Compliance Data Utilization
- Exploring and consulting various internal (and external) sources of information about senderID registration requirements worldwide
- Utilizing collected and readily available SMS and Voice Compliance data to provide as complete feedback as possible to both internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring that our internal Knowledge Base is up to date by keeping track of all relevant market changes and flagging possible discrepancies
- Creating ‘Best Practices’ and similar supporting documentation for stakeholders, and assisting them in the creation of Salesforce cases to facilitate client onboarding and enablement
Triage of Salesforce Cases
- Analyzing Salesforce cases submitted to the team, and redirecting those wrongly assigned into other teams’ queues
- Making sure all information and documentation relevant for the start of registration process with suppliers is provided in Salesforce cases, and communicating what is missing back to case creators
What you bring to the table: 📋
- You are a recent graduate or on your final year of studies (degree in technical sciences, business, economics, marketing, linguistics, or any other related field)
- You have strong organizational and computer skills and good knowledge of MS Office
- You are willing to work closely in a team, both from home and from the office
- Fluent in English, verbal and written; knowledge of other languages is a plus
