As Compliance Officer in Pluxee you need to foster a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization, promoting legal and ethical practices .
You will play a crucial role in ensuring an organizationâs adherence to the applicable laws and regulations.
What you'll be doing:
⢠Monitor and analyze compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
⢠Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
⢠Investigate and resolve compliance issues and incidents.
⢠Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory authorities.
