Field of activity
As a compliance and audit officer you would be involved in supporting the operational teams in improving security compliance by documenting, organizing, and following up on security topics and other tasks related to security framework implementation within Corporate IT.
As audit officer you would be responsible for communication with external and internal audit addressing the audit findings and making sure that these are identified correctly and closed.
Tasks/Responsibilities:
- Writing of security related documentation
- Ensuring general security compliance with the DBAG framework
- Follow up on Risk mitigation measures identified during the risk assessment process
- Audit findings: reconciliation, closure measures proposal, closure measure documentation
Qualifications/required skills:
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Risk management methodologies and technical mitigation understanding
- Audit experience and ability to communicate with business side
- IT Operations experience is very welcome
- Good understanding of technology concepts
- Understanding of operational processes is an advantage
- Understanding of basic Security framework concepts
- Reliability and conscientious is a must
- Ability to be self-contained and independent
- Team player
- Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset.
- Good communication skills
