ResponsibilitiesGlobal Compliance Analyst
The Compliance Analyst’s role is to detect, analyze and report deficient controls or non-compliance with Oracle’s Global Recruiting organization business model. The successful individual will also be responsible for ensuring the standard processes are followed and proposing improvements to existing processes.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls or non-compliance with the recruiting business model.
- Examine and evaluate processes and propose changes/procedures/controls aimed at reducing the occurrence and impact of such discrepancies within Oracle’s Global Recruiting organization.
- Perform audit/compliance procedures for quarter-end bonus calculations.
- Interact with decision-makers, process owners, and end-users.
- Prepare detailed reports on audit/compliance findings for recruiting management.
Job Specific Competencies
- 3+ years in business analyst, external/internal audit role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the MS Office Suite.
- Advanced English skills.
- Experience with data analysis, risk, and controls assessment.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
