On a given day, you will:
- Spearhead the governance of our companies by ensuring compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Map and analyse legal and regulatory landscapes to align company practices with current laws and industry standards
- Support the establishment of new entities within the Group and facilitate modifications to existing organisational structures
- Draft, prepare, review, and file critical documents such as board agendas, minutes, statutory filings, reports, policies, and training materials
- Create and refine internal processes, templates, and compliance documentation
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless compliance operations
- Maintain comprehensive physical and digital records of all compliance-related documentation
- Conduct ongoing due diligence on relevant stakeholders
