Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive client engagements, identifying opportunities and delivering innovative solutions that align with industry best practices.
- Evaluate client requirements and implement strategic DevOps solutions that fulfill business objectives.
- Assist clients in navigating cloud adoption and advanced technology strategies, promoting a transformative IT approach.
- Collaborate with client development teams, ensuring transparency throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Create cutting-edge solutions, architectural designs, and proof of concepts to illustrate the benefits of digital transformation efforts.
- Partner closely with the Project Management Office (PMO) to guarantee project delivery adheres to timelines, budgets, and scopes.
- Participate in content generation for marketing and partner initiatives, contributing to sales materials, blog posts, podcasts, and workshops.
- Mentor junior team members, aiding in their professional development and growth.
- Remain informed about industry trends through certification maintenance and participation in relevant technology events.
Required Skills
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
- Experience in designing and managing Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) Enterprise or Anthos Clusters.
- Competence in container and Kubernetes hardening with a focus on security best practices.
- Expertise in implementing HashiCorp Vault Enterprise for secure secret management, access control, and encryption within complex environments.
- Proficiency in working with and troubleshooting GitHub Actions and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in configuring, deploying, and maintaining container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, EKS, OCP, GKE, and AKS.
- At least 2 years of experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation tools, including Ansible, Terraform, and Octopus Deploy.
- Hands-on experience with secrets management solutions such as KMS, HSMs, and HashiCorp Vault Enterprise.
- Strong knowledge of source control management (SCM) tools like Git, GitHub, and GitLab.
- Familiarity with API management platforms, including Apigee-X and AWS API Gateway.
