As a Cynomi Channel System Engineer (CSE), you will play a critical role in enabling and supporting the technical teams of our channel partners. Collaborating closely with pre- and post-sales engineers from focus partners, you will work alongside partner SE leaders to ensure their engineers are fully equipped and productive in selling and implementing Cynomi’s platform. Your responsibilities will include coordinating a variety of pre- and post-sales enablement events and workshops, tracking and reporting on attendance and outcomes of post-enablement activities, and gathering feedback on successes and challenges to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with key partner SEs within your region and assigned partner base
- Focus on enablement & relationships of focus partner pre & post sales engineers
- Seek feedback on successes and challenges from partners to improve enablement programs and partner experiences
- Feedback and influence on technical enablement strategy/plan for channel partners
- Track and report (internally and to partners) on attendance, progress, and results of partner SEs’ post-enablement activities
- Teaches in-territory partner SEs and Value Added Distributor(s) how to manage and deliver technical enablement plan for their partner base
- Serve as a Cynomi technical expert, leading demos, labs, workshops, and best practices sessions
- Coordinate partner training activities with a wide range of Cynomi field & corporate resources
- Frequently act as the host for a range of in-territory and corporate enablement events
- Master and communicate internal operations of partner enablement and doing business with Cynomi from a pre & post sales SE perspective.

Qualification Requirements:
- Ability to work independently while following prescribed enablement plan
- Technical and business experience and communications skills
- Strong attention to details, including tracking and reporting in CRM
- Experience designing, selling, demonstrating, installing and troubleshooting security products
- Background in the cybersecurity industry
- BSCS or equivalent and 3+ years of experience as an SE in a partner facing role or pre-sales role
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% within your region
