Description
We are in search of a Systems Administrator to join our team in Auburn, Washington. As a key member of our IT department, your main focus will be on managing and maintaining our O365/Azure systems and ensuring the efficient operation of our network. This role is critical in processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain our O365/Azure systems
- Ensure efficient operation of our network
- Handle basic networking tasks including DNS, TCP/IP, and basic switching/routing
- Utilize virtualization tools such as VMware, vSphere, or Hyper-V
- Administer O365, Active Directory, and group policy
- Maintain knowledge and proficiency in backup, replication, and network storage solutions
- Familiarize with hardware and its installation
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
- Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain accurate customer credit records.

Requirements
- Proficiency in DNS and TCP/IP protocols
- Demonstrable experience with VMware and vSphere
- Familiarity with Hyper-V technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Storage
- Extensive experience with Active Directory and Group Policy
- Ability to execute hardware installation tasks effectively
- Knowledge of LAN - Local Area Network
