Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator who’s eager to further develop technological skills on a worldwide stage. This person will protect our critical systems and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in developing the overall IT strategy. From early on, the systems administrator will empower breakthrough innovations, take on challenging assignments, lead initiatives, and be responsible for results.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage Rewst's internal systems to ensure secure and effective operation.
- Manage and support employee endpoints via MDM.
- Utilize and administer Rewst's ticketing systems to ensure timely and effective resolution of IT issues.
- Administer many other Rewst systems, including CRM, collaboration solutions, productivity tools, and more.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide support and training to team members on system-related tools and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in managing Microsoft Entra ID, the M365 Suite, and Microsoft Intune.
- Experience with both Windows and macOS.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and ticketing systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
