Your Role

The Cyber Risk Analyst Supports the management of Information Technology risk for both new build and existing infrastructure and environments. Provides subject matter expertise to leadership, IT teams, and the business on cybersecurity matters. Works with the security team, including vulnerability management, logging and monitoring, and threat intelligence teams to understand threats and the CSAA IT environment to communicate CSAA’s security posture.

Performs more complex work supporting implementation of IT risk management processes and cyber risk quantification (CRQ). Incumbents in this level work under minimal supervision on projects of moderate to high scope and complexity and rely on their experience and research to advise the business on technology security risk exposure and measures to manage and mitigate risk.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Management
Conducting comprehensive risk assessments.
Implementing IT risk management processes.
Supporting cyber risk quantification (CRQ).
Subject Matter Expertise
Providing expertise to leadership, IT teams, and the business on cybersecurity matters.
Advising on technology security risk exposure and mitigation measures.
Collaboration
Working with the security team, including vulnerability management, logging and monitoring, and threat intelligence teams.
Conducting third-party/vendor risk assessments.
Communication
Effectively communicating security posture and risk management strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Reporting on Key Risk Indicators (KRI).
Project Management
Managing projects of moderate scope involving multiple stakeholders.
Leading ad-hoc or standing teams.
Cultural Contribution
Actively shaping and supporting company culture.
Participating in employee resource groups, mentoring, volunteering, and cross-functional projects.
Travel and Flexibility
Traveling as needed for divisional/team meetings and other in-person meetings.
Fulfilling business needs, which may include investing extra time and helping other teams.

Required Experience, Education And Skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related area (Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field)
10+ years’ experience in a relevant field
2 years demonstrated ability leading ad-hoq or standing teams
Experience advising leadership on IT risk management
