Support a NOC/Command Center on-site for 2nd or 3rd shift.
Assists in the support of incident response and recovery activities for business or technology disruptions, including those caused by cyber-attacks, natural disaster, man-made disaster, and other crisis scenarios at all times as necessitated by the disruption.
Support restoration services such as restarting servers, processes and or tools.
Identify when an event qualifies as needing a disaster mitigation or a disaster recovery response.
Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, and policies.
Willingness to train on DR processes .
Validate and test Infrastructure Operations (IO) Incident response.
Assist with the orchestration of actions during DM/DR event and report as required .
Must be able to troubleshoot problems and issues identified by support tools and implement corrective actions quickly.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with other.
Requires System Admin skills/background.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, electronics engineering or related technical discipline and 5+ years’ work experience
Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education (13 years total)

Clearance

The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation
