Who We're Looking For: We seek an ambitious, intelligent, and driven executive-level leader who thrives on challenge and opportunity. Our ideal candidate doesn't necessarily need prior COO experience but must have demonstrated substantial leadership capabilities within Finance, Technology, Operations, Business Process Management, or Human Resources. You might currently be a pivotal member of a leadership team, eager to step up into an impactful, senior executive role.

This position requires overseeing complex operational systems across multiple personalized service offerings. You should excel in designing and implementing efficient processes, leveraging technology for automation, scaling operations, and optimizing personnel management.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: $150,000 to $180,000 annually
Profit-sharing bonuses and stock awards
Remote work flexibility with monthly executive meetings at our headquarters in Stuart, Florida (30 minutes north of Palm Beach)
