Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel at home.
Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations efficiently and accurately.
Provide information about the resort amenities, local attractions, and special events.
Resolve guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage payment transactions and maintain accurate records.
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Uphold safety and security standards while protecting guest privacy.

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems (preferred).
A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours or more).
Perform repetitive motions such as typing, reaching, and using office equipment.
Occasionally lift or carry items up to 25 pounds (e.g., luggage or office supplies).
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
