We are seeking a skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing the company's cloud-based ERP system, internal networks and communication systems ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to high-quality IT service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience in system administration of a multi-location mid-size business.

Required Technical Skills

Lead management of ERP system (subject matter expert lead).
Microsoft Domain controllers, Active Directory, Group Policy management (to include knowledge of how to migrate or rebuild in Microsoft 365 Azure/Entra)
Working in a Microsoft Windows Enterprise environment (to include Windows Servers of various years alongside Microsoft 365).
Proficiency in Performance Monitoring Software.
Familiarity with scripting languages (PowerShell, CMD), Automation and Data Manipulation.
Experience with Microsoft OS (Server, Windows, Cloud), Linux, OpenEdge (Infor), and Public & Private Cloud Environments.
Experience with Avaya phone system or similar.
Experience with Watchguard Firewall Deployment, Updating, and Monitoring.
Basic knowledge of SQL & BQL and Database Operations (Experience and/or Knowledge of Infor Data Lake and Microsoft SQL Server).
High Level Proficiency in Microsoft Office for data manipulation and presentation material creation.
Experience with Ruckus Wifi Systems, RF Devices running Android, and Zebra Label Printers.

Responsibilities

Oversee all daily operational IT tasks.
Deploy, update, and enhance applications, software, and operating systems.
Implement security controls for Office 365, Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, MDM Solutions, Firewalls, and Servers.
Install, upgrade, and maintain computer components, software, virtual servers, with knowledge of migration of such items to cloud based from on-premises.
Develop and manage automation processes to streamline operations.
Document system configurations, processes, service records, and assets.
Conduct server and security audits, perform backups, and execute disaster recovery strategies.
Configure and manage MDM solutions, ensuring optimal system architecture and development.
Plan and perform maintenance, patching, and vulnerability remediation for servers.
Monitor system performance and generate detailed performance reports.
Resolve hardware and software issues using diagnostic tools, document resolutions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Address service desk tickets and fulfill IT service requests.
Ensure compliance with company IT policies and standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT services.
