Job Summary

This position requires a skilled and knowledgeable individual responsible for the company’s computer infrastructure. This person will need to be self-driven, requiring minimal supervision and have the ability to communicate and work well with other departments. Understand the timeliness, privacy and sensitivity of the company’s data.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Help desk maintenance

Monitor system performance

Support and maintain workstations, servers, printers, etc...

Maintain network backups

Update OS and software

Email management

Desired understanding of:

DNS and Active Directory

System performance monitoring

Firewalls, switches, etc. support and maintenance

MS SQL

Disaster recovery / business continuity

Technical Skills and Qualifications

BS degree in Computer Science or related field

3+ years of experience in IT

2+ years of experience with system administration

Excellent verbal and written communications
