Job Overview

We are hiring for the role of Factory Compliance Audit in A L Paper House. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

4-6 years of experience in factory compliance audits
Knowledge of general compliances related to manufacturing and export
Familiarity with certifications like FSC, CTPAT, BSCI, and Sedex
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team
Proficiency in using compliance databases and software

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct factory compliance audits to ensure adherence to legal and industry standards
Evaluate processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement
Review documentation related to manufacturing, export, and general compliances
Assess and monitor environmental, social, and health & safety practices
Manage and maintain compliance databases and records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues
Prepare audit reports and present findings to management
Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices
Provide compliance training to employees as needed
