Description

Summary:

Responsible for performing duties associated with planning, managing, and maintaining the information technology architecture, and responsible for overseeing the maintenance and security of company computer systems.

Duties:
Information Technology

Assist IT Manager in maintaining company server systems and infrastructure.
Monitor system and infrastructure performance and reliability.
Plan and execute infrastructure changes including hardware, software, firewall, switch, and router technologies.
Work with IT Manager to troubleshoot system outages and errors.
Troubleshoot Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, VMWare, and BitDefender Gravity Zone.
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot network systems.
Develop and implement new network technologies as needed.
Purchase (with approval), deploy and maintain employee computer systems.
Back-up client services with any help desk related IT problems to employee systems, servers, networking equipment, and/or software.
Perform maintenance as needed outside of regular business hours.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Fixed Assets

Assist Accounting Group with Fixed Asset Management including Alarm functions, Building Services, and general facility upkeep for all branches.

Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:

Direct experience with networking and network equipment.
Strong understanding of network topologies.
Strong Windows system administration skills.
Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy.
Strong understanding of SAN and NAS environments.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
Basic understanding of Cisco/Fortigate and TCP/IP routing.
Basic knowledge of VMWare and/or virtual environments.
Basic understanding of firewalls, encryption, and other security solutions.
Basic understanding of patch management and third party patch management.
Working knowledge of MS Office products.
Work well in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Ability to multi-task.
Show strong initiative.
Advanced organizational and time management skills.
Ability and willingness to travel to different branch locations at any time.
Interpersonal skills to communicate with customers, vendors, and colleagues in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Strong desire to work in a team environment and support the Bank with a positive attitude.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent
Bachelor degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred

Experience:

5 or more years of experience in like or related position
