AML Data Leader

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years)

Experience:

Over 15 years in banking projects
More than 10 years in compliance and AML as a business/data analyst or in a delivery role managing business analysts

Skills and Expertise:

In-depth knowledge of AML data, including customer accounts and transactions
Expertise in data controls and governance
Proven experience handling large volumes of data (billions of records)
Proficient in complex data analysis using SQL or Databricks
Experience in building AML data lakes on cloud platforms
Strong people management skills
Familiarity with AML products such as Actimize, OFSAA, or Quantexa
Knowledge of OFSAA products
Proficiency in Tableau
