oLeverage a diverse technology background to adapt to new tools, platforms, and innovations.

oPromote the use of cutting-edge technologies, especially in areas such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Data Analytics, Platform Engineering, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Computing.

oStay informed on emerging technologies and assess their potential within the organization.

oOversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects adhere to defined phases, gates, and quality standards.

oBring all teams into a unified vision, ensuring consistency, transparency, and clarity in project objectives and outcomes.

oManage resources, timelines, and deliverables to ensure project success.

·Technical Skills:

oDemonstrate a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and DevOps methodologies.

oProvide IT operational support and align with enterprise architecture best practices.

oMaintain proficiency in cloud technologies, including architecture, deployment, and management across leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

Requirements

·Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a technical management or architectural role, preferably within a large organization or public sector agency.

·Strong track record of managing complex, cross-functional technology projects with successful outcomes.

·Hands-on experience in cloud architecture, enterprise IT operations, and modern software development practices.

·Ability to quickly grasp new technologies and apply them to real-world scenarios.

·Strong advocate for technology-driven innovation and process improvement.

·Strong problem-solving skills, focused on delivering effective and scalable solutions.

Minimum Education:

·Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or another related field.

Required Certifications:

·None required; SAFe, Agile, and Technical Certifications preferred

Other:

·Must be local to Northern Virginia with the ability to be onsite in Fairfax in a hybrid working arrangement.
