About the Role:

We are seeking a visionary Co-Founder/CTO to join our founding team and help drive the future success of Hype Crowd. Our MVP is well underway, and with an existing founder network of hundreds of brands and thousands of content creators, alongside an engaged Skool community, we have a user base eager to support our growth. As our founder is non-technical but possesses deep industry experience, you'll be responsible for bridging the gap between the identified market growth opportunity and the technical product we're building.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the technical vision and development of Hype Crowd's platform.
Work closely with the founding team to align the technical strategy with business goals.
Build, manage, and grow a high-performing technical team.
Drive the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.
Ensure the scalability, security, and robustness of our platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate AI features that enhance the user experience for both brands and creators.
Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in AI, ad-tech, and influencer marketing platforms.

About You:

Obsessed with product and solving real-world problems.
Deep understanding of creator/influencer marketing, marketplaces, and ad-tech platforms is a significant bonus.
Proven ability to grow and lead technical teams.
Hands-on technical skills and willingness to dive into product development.
Grit, grind, and determination to thrive in a start-up environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in start-ups or high-growth environments is highly desirable.

Compensation:

Equity with salary to be introduced as the MVP scales.
