Main Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution: Identify and drive ICE Group's strategic objectives, leading the team in executing strategic plans to ensure sustained growth and profitability in global markets.

Business Development: Develop new business opportunities and markets, expand existing business lines, and drive revenue growth and diversification.

Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate cross-functional teams including marketing, technology development, operations, and customer service teams, ensuring alignment with company's strategic and operational goals.

Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure company's operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies, managing and mitigating market and operational risks.

Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies, representing ICE Group in industry and community activities to enhance the company's reputation and influence in global markets.

Skills and Qualifications:

Extensive senior management experience in the financial services industry or related fields, particularly in exchange operations, data analytics, or financial technology.
Exceptional leadership skills and strategic thinking, capable of leading teams to achieve strategic objectives in dynamic and competitive market environments.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to understand and address complex market challenges and business opportunities.
Bachelor's degree or higher in economics, finance, business administration, or related fields preferred.
