DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW

Infrastructure Management{{:}}

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, telecommunications systems, and cloud platforms. Ensure high availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and services.

Security and Compliance{{:}}

Develop and enforce IT security policies, procedures, and standards to protect against cybersecurity threats and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards and models (PCI-DSS 4.0). Conduct regular security assessments and audits with the cyber insurance vendor.

Risk Management{{:}}

Identify and assess IT risks and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them. Establish security protections, disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize the impact of IT disruptions or data breaches.

Project Management{{:}}

Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Microsoft 365 Administration{{:}} ***

Manage user accounts, identities, and device accounts within Azure Active Directory (AAD). Implement and oversee Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.
Configure and maintain enterprise file-sharing solutions using SharePoint and OneDrive for Business.
Ensure the security, deliverability, and integrity of email services through SPF, DMARC, and DKIM protocols. Email Transport management, rules, policies, tracking, auditing.
Microsoft 365 Pureview and Defender email policies and settings to enhance security and productivity. Collaborate with various teams to integrate third-party applications with Microsoft programs and products.

Salesforce Administration{{:}} ***

Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, and workflows
Develop and maintain automated workflows using low-code to no-code tools like Process Builder and Flow Builder
Integrate Salesforce with other systems and applications using APIs to facilitate data exchange and automation

Manage and administer VoIP systems, including 8X8 VoIP, toll-free numbers, and auto-attendant services, call routing, call groups, etc
Ensure the reliability and quality of voice communications across the organization
Zoom rooms management. Manage and maintain all 4 zoom room conference room equipment.

Oversee and support restaurant technologies, including POS systems (e.g., Toast), online ordering platforms, and digital menu boards
Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize restaurant technology solutions for efficiency and customer experience

Qualifications and Skills{{:}}

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related experience in this field preferred.
Proven experience in M365 Email and SharePoint/OneDrive administration.
Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including customization, automation, and integration
Experience with restaurant technologies, including POS systems and online ordering platforms is a plus
Strong knowledge of low-code to no-code platforms such as Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, and Salesforce Flow
Proficiency in VoIP administration and familiarity with VoIP protocols and technologies. Including zoom rooms management
RMM/MDM for added computer management and security. Remote application packages/installs, scripts, workflows, policy settings, etc.
Advanced understating of custom enterprise forms management solutions like Gravity Forms and FastFieldForms
Understanding of WordPress administration and Google Workplace applications
Windows and Mac desktop OS and iOS and android mobile OS as well.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external vendors
