Zaddy Solutions is searching for a D365 F&O System Administrator for a client in High Point, NC with travel to Martinsville, VA occasionally.

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced D365 F&O System Administrator to be instrumental in the management, maintenance, and optimization of our critical enterprise applications and data infrastructure. You will leverage your deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) to ensure system stability, security, and performance, while also driving data-driven insights through robust BI reporting.

Responsibilities:

Administer and manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance and Operations applications.
Ensure the scalability and high availability of D365 environments.
Implement and maintain security protocols, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
Develop and support integrations, automations, and cloud infrastructure related to D365.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver insightful BI solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise system administration supporting business-critical applications and data management.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications.
Proven expertise in data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and BI reporting tools (Power BI, SQL, Azure Data Factory, etc.).
Experience supporting audit and compliance processes within an enterprise IT environment.

Technical Skills:

Extensive experience with D365 administration, Dataverse, and Power Platform integrations.
Hands-on experience with data warehouse technologies, ETL tools, and BI platforms (Power BI, Azure Synapse, Data Lake, etc.).
Proficiency in Azure services relevant to data and integration (Azure Data Factory, Azure Logic Apps, Azure AD, Data Lake, API Management).
Strong understanding of IT security best practices, role-based access control (RBAC), and identity management solutions.

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)
ITIL Certification
