Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must have a current secret level security clearance for consideration.

Responsibilities

JBoss EAP 7.X or later Sustainment
Apache 2.4 Sustainment, Configuration and Security
ESRI ArcGIS Server 10.9.X or later Sustainment, Configuration, and Security on Microsoft Windows Server 2019 (although this is a small footprint of servers (around 4 systems)
IIS Web Server Sustainment, Configuration, and Security for Microsoft Windows Server 2019
Sustain STIG Required Log Analysis and Usage Metrics
Create Cybersecurity Documentation and Quarterly STIG updates and associated remediations.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science related major. In lieu of a degree, real-world experience with relevant IAT (Information Assurance Technical)/IAM (Information Assurance Management) ll certifications such as Security + will be considered.
3+ year of experience in Linux Systems Administration.
Must have an active secret clearance with ability to be granted a top secret clearance.

Windows IIS (There is a small footprint of Windows servers hosting ArcGIS through Windows IIS. There is an expectation that the Linux System Administrator will be comfortable with performing fairly straightforward administration on these Windows servers).

Additional Desired Qualifications

Experience with Ansible or Puppet is preferred, but is not required.

LOCATION:

All work to be done on-site only at the US Naval Oceanographic Office (aka NAVO) at Stennis Space Center, MS.
Estimated period of performance: 9/29/2024-9/28/2025 – 1 year.
