The Medicare Compliance Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring the adherence of FMO activities to all regulatory and compliance requirements. This position will report directly to the Compliance Lead and Compliance Manager.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in healthcare compliance, with a focus on Medicare
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience with a strong understanding of Medicare Advantage regulations and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with and leading teams

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the preparation and submission of required reports to regulatory bodies.
Ensure all necessary compliance-related documents are submitted within deadlines.
Help track and maintain records of regulatory filings and reports.
Stay up to date with changes in Medicare Advantage regulations or industry standards
Assist in preparing for external inspections and audits by regulatory authorities.
Provide the necessary documentation and information during audits or inspections.
