This company is going from strength to strength, having recently acquired two companies to aid in the manufacturing process of their market-leading products. Constantly servicing and acquiring new customers, this organization is now looking to expand even further across the US and globally.

In this role you will be responsible for providing technical support to users, assist in the management of user accounts, staying on top of internal systems and helping staff resolve tickets, as well as writing Standard Operating Procedures.

This role would suit an IT Administrator looking to play a crucial role in the future growth of this highly successful organization, who offer a strong benefits package and structured progression opportunities.

The Role:Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
Manage server and software backup systems effectively
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, printers, software, and networks.
Write Standard Operating Procedure

The Person:3+ years of experience in a IT support role
Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
Experience with virtualization technologies: VMWare and Hyper-V
Knowledge of Cloud services: Office 365, Azure, and AWS
Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, VB).
US citizen or Greencard holder
