About The Role
We are looking for a motivated Systems Administrator I to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will deliver desktop and server support, ensuring the smooth functionality of our hardware and software systems. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining IT infrastructure while aligning systems with the requirements of our clients. This position is ideal for an individual with a passion for technology and a desire to expand their expertise in the IT sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional desktop and server support through various communication channels, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Administer and manage Active Directory, including user account setups, password resets, and group assignments.
- Oversee virtual desktop environments to ensure their functionality and security.
- Handle Microsoft Portals, focusing on license and account management.
- Implement best practices for system security, including password protocols and two-factor authentication.
- Troubleshoot network circuits and coordinate with ISPs as needed.
- Utilize documented scripts and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Assist in managing antivirus solutions and conducting security awareness training for new users.
- Maintain thorough and precise documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of experience in end-user desktop support and systems management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows 10⁄11 OS, including command-line tools and client support.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) and Microsoft 365.
- Experience in Active Directory management and group policy administration.
- Basic understanding of mobile device setup and configuration (iOS and Android).
- Knowledge of installing and supporting software applications, including Office 2016/2019/365.
- Fundamental networking knowledge, including TCP/IP protocols and common networking hardware.
- Experience with endpoint security measures, such as antivirus and threat detection solutions.

- Competitive base salary ranging from \(60,000 to \)65,000 annually (final offer based on experience and qualifications).
