Job Title: UKG Specialist

Objective:
Lead the implementation, customization, maintenance, and optimization of the UKG platform (UKG Pro) to streamline human resources, payroll, and workforce management processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Implementation and Configuration
- Lead the implementation of UKG modules (Pro, Dimensions, Ready, etc.).
- Configure the system to meet organizational requirements.
- Integrate UKG with other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.).
2. Maintenance and Optimization
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues.
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize UKG processes.
- Manage updates, upgrades, and adoption of new functionalities.
3. Support and Training
- Provide technical and functional support to end-users.
- Train staff on the effective use of the UKG platform.
- Develop and maintain user manuals and technical documentation.
4. Analysis and Reporting
- Design and generate custom reports for data analysis and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity within the platform.
5. Regulatory Compliance
- Ensure UKG processes align with local labor laws and tax regulations.
- Oversee data security and ensure privacy protection.
Requirements:
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience
- 3-5 years of experience with UKG platforms (implementation, administration, or support).
- Proven experience in integration projects involving enterprise systems.
3. Technical Knowledge
- Hands-on experience with UKG module configurations.
- Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL) and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with integration technologies (APIs, middleware, etc.).
4. Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
- Excellent communication and training abilities.
5. Certifications (Preferred)
- Official certifications in UKG products.
- Certifications in complementary tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
