Title: Senior IT Risk & Compliance Analyst

Description
The Senior IT Risk & Compliance Analyst will support risk and compliance initiatives within the IT function by evaluating, monitoring, and improving processes and controls. This role involves collaborating across teams to identify gaps, enhance operational practices, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal frameworks.
Duties And Responsibilities
Collaborate with IT teams to analyze operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend control measures.
Develop and maintain detailed process and control documentation, including narratives and flowcharts.
Assist in implementing and managing processes that proactively evaluate and monitor IT risks and controls.
Build and execute an IT control testing program to evaluate the effectiveness of controls in alignment with established frameworks.
Implement continuous control monitoring and manage data-driven control testing.
Maintain an up-to-date IT policy and procedure library, ensuring relevance and accuracy.
Conduct reviews to validate compliance with IT policies, regulatory requirements, and internal frameworks.
Lead and support periodic risk and control self-assessments.
Partner with other risk and compliance teams to ensure alignment in risk posture and control testing.
Support the development and monitoring of KRIs and KPIs, offering feedback and recommendations as needed.
Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Business, or Accounting.
Certification in IT or Risk Management (e.g., CRISC, CISA, CIA, CRMA).
Experience conducting risk assessments, control testing, and walkthroughs.
Familiarity with IT frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, ITIL, and internal control frameworks like COSO.
Minimum of 4 years in IT audit or risk management, with a technology focus.
