Position Overview
Works closely with Senior members of the Thrive sales team, assist them in partner development and the management / monitoring of multiple vital processes to the Thrive Agent Channel. This role will be Regional and tied in with a Regional Pod that they will work with consistently with the goal of learning and developing a sales and technical skillset preparing them for an Outside Sales Role in the Thrive Agent Channel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and grow Channel relationships in region through consistent cadence, office visits, and joining Channel Managers and Directors at Regional Events when needed
- Identify partners in your region who are not transacting with Thrive and have not been introduced to our offerings
- Set up appointments for Regional Channel Managers and Directors to train these partners and arm with necessary Thrive Collateral and Company updates
- Run monthly Regional Reports for all Thrive Master Agents to identify a variety of trends such as;
- Top Transacting Master Agents
- Breakdown of Thrive services sold and positioned most and least
- Win Rate by Service
- Top opportunity generating and revenue closing partners per Master
- Monitor Sales Funnels of Regional Channel Managers and Directors make sure proper follow up is taking place
- Run Monthly reports on dead opportunities and follow up with partners on them to see if any can be resurfaced
- Service NOW Order Tagging and Monitoring of Submitted Channel Deals for Accurate Data
- Owning the accuracy of agent commission rates in the Thrive CRM and working with Senior Leadership to make sure tagging is done correctly on accounts and opportunities - Thrive Registration Team
Qualifications
- 2 years of business development representative experience within the IT or MSP industry
- Degree from 4-year college with proven academic success
- Experience working for a Systems Integration, Computer Hardware/Software Reseller, Managed Services Provider, or In Cybersecurity
- Sales Experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes preferred
- Excellent Communication Skills
