We are actively seeking a skilled Technical Writer to develop and maintain detailed documentation for our cybersecurity and SCADA utility systems. This position focuses on creating user manuals, system guides, and technical specifications to effectively support internal teams and end-users.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, or related work experience.
- Extensive experience as a technical writer with in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity applications and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (not required):
- Familiarity with Operational Technology Cyber Security systems and/or SCADA software
- Experience with documentation tools and content management systems of energy/utilities operations or similar industry.
