We are looking for a highly motivated Product and Implementation located in DC, DC that can operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment of a micro-cap publicly-traded company.
Position Summary
The Product and Implementation Analyst is responsible for managing integration technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope and schedule. The Product & Integration Analyst is also responsible for gathering development requirements, reviewing development efforts, assisting with functionality testing, managing client functionality rollouts and training, managing WidePoint data, developing reports, and troubleshooting data issues.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Design and develop end-to-end mobile device management (MDM) architecture, strategies, and solutions to meet the organization's mobility requirements.
- Assess current mobile device management systems and technologies, and recommend enhancements or replacements to improve efficiency, security, and scalability.
- Define and document MDM architecture standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
- Develop and implement MDM deployment plans, including device provisioning, configuration, and ongoing management, to ensure consistent and secure mobile device usage.
- Define and enforce MDM policies, such as device enrollment, application management, data protection, and remote wipe, to ensure compliance with organizational standards and security regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate end-users and administrators on MDM policies, procedures, and self-service capabilities.
- Manages client functionality rollouts and training.
- Assisting with functionality testing.
- Interprets data, analyzes results using statistical techniques, and provides ongoing reports.
- Develops and implements data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Acquires data from primary or secondary data sources and maintains data systems.
- Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Filters and "cleans" data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Works with management to prioritize business and information needs.
- Locates and defines new process improvement opportunities.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
The minimum qualifications include
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or related field required.
- Four (4) years of related experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
