Description
As a technical thought leader and subject matter expert for Disaster Recovery Architecture, the Principal DR Architect will be a key influencer to achieve strategic alignment and deliver business value. This resource will work with leaders in the business segment to identify initiatives with high impact which drive the business strategy forward. The person in this role will be innovative and an avid promoter of process improvement in specific technical discipline using the appropriate methodologies to enhance productivity and performance of assigned business area. This resource tends to be an established and recognized figure both internally and externally. This person will represent the financial client in the broader community and serve as a de-facto ambassador for the organization. It will be important for the Principal to maintain a strong network in the community and represent the company well.

- Knows DR processes and architectures for cloud and on-prem
- Need to know Azure, On-Prem Architecture, and AWS preferred
- Should be able to discuss full fail-overs (data center and regional)
- Solid understanding of business continuity, recovery time objectives (RTO), and recovery point objectives (RPO)
- Understanding of Disaster Recovery Orchestration
- Influence projects and initiatives through technical expertise
- Become a trusted and valued partner of department and business leaders by providing subject matter expertise, guidance and support
- Drive technical thought-leadership, acting as a change agent and advocate for new methodologies that enable higher levels of business agility and operational excellence

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $80.00
