Ichor is hiring a DevOps Engineer in our Sparks, NV site to report into our R&D Engineering organization.
Responsibilities
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain secure customer facing WEB API’s used to distribute application updates and manage licensing.
- Setup and manage engineering tools and required infrastructure.
- Setup and manage automated build systems.
- Identifying and implementing cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessments of customer facing web API’s.
Desired Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
- Experience working on Linux based infrastructure.
- Excellent understanding of Ruby, Python, Perl and Java.
- Configuration and managing databases such as MySQL and Mongo
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Working knowledge of GIT and various tools, open source technologies and cloud services.
- Experience implementing and managing secure web API’s.
Qualifications
Desired Education, certifications and experience
- B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years experience developing / deploying secure web API infrastructure.
