Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee IT operations, including system development, maintenance, and support across the enterprise portfolio.
- Innovation and Digital Transformation: Drive digital innovation initiatives to enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency.
- Cybersecurity and Compliance: Ensure robust cybersecurity protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Working Experience: 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, at least 5 years in senior management.
- Industry Knowledge: Gaming, Hospitality, or Entertainment preferred.
- Proven Leadership: A strong track record of leadership in complex IT environments.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically and translate business needs into technology solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of the gaming and hospitality industry and the ability to collaborate with business leaders.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and vendors at all levels.
