The Developer Link has partnered with an NYC based DeFi Crypto startup that is searching for a Senior/Staff level Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. They need someone extremely strong on Infrastructure, ideally can code, and has experience in or an interest in the DeFi / Crypto world.
The set up:
- Onsite 5 days a week
- Current Company size of 12
- $200-300k base depending on experience
- Strong equity
The ideal tech background:
The person:
- Senior or Staff Level Infrastructure Engineer
- Can build Infrastructures from scratch starting with planning stages
- Has dealt with large scale systems
- Have previously worked with a team that is building or scaling a product/system
- Comfortable with high pressure environments & 99.999% uptimes
- Strong DevOps skills
- Ideally can write some code
- Interest in/curiosity about working in the Crypto space (industry experience not necessary!)
- + added bonus if you have any blockchain experience,
- ++ even bigger bonus if you have experience with Solana
