The Desktop Administrator III will assist users with accessing and resolving computer or software-related issues. The position serves as level 2 help desk support and will assist level 1 with support issues that are not complete at level 1. It requires configuring and installing desktop/laptop PC's, resolving hardware/software issues, troubleshooting connectivity issues, installing/updating software, performing backups, and ensuring user satisfaction. The employee will open, track, document and close trouble tickets using the service desk application. The employee will identify, track and escalate severe issues and problems trends to upper tier support and/or management Requirements: Associate's degree and at least 7 years experience performing installations, training, and troubleshooting. Healthcare IT experience preferred.
