About The Role
As a Business Analyst I, you will be responsible for the development of effective and efficient business processes. We will count on you to provide analysis and reporting on departmental/group revenue, expense, and strategic projects. Along the way, you will get to:
- Proactively identify, analyze, and recommend business process changes and improvements across the services organization systems and processes.
- Develop methodology and document business processes. Ensure process documentation is current.
- Introduce and maintain highly repeatable and reliable processes, as well as supporting standards.
- Manage multiple process/system improvement projects simultaneously.

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree and four year experience.
- Experience in process improvements across different departments
- Ability to effectively communicate, present and articulate strategies across various audiences; sales, marketing, partners, clients, consultants, executive leaders (internal and external)
