Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Network Administrator on a contract basis for their Canonsburg, PA location. Summary: The Network Administrator will be responsible for installing and configuring computer networks and systems. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining existing software and hardware and upgrading any that have become obsolete as well as providing network administration and support.
Requirements
- Must have 3+ years of experience
- Must have experience with Cisco switched/routers
- Must have knowledge of network administration (including security)
- Must have experience with monitoring and optimizing network performance
- Experience creating and/or tuning Firewall changes is required
- Experience with reviewing and assessing the impact of network design changes prior to their implementation is required
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be ok with some on-call time
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
