Title: Infrastructure Engineer

Our client is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team East of Atlanta. This role encompasses a range of IT and network support experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and manage networks to ensure performance, resiliency, and security; administer user accounts (Active Directory)
- Manage remote access; configure and manage firewalls (SonicWall, Imperva).
- Deploy new PCs; troubleshoot and repair workstations; administer email (Microsoft 365); troubleshoot network printers.
- Manage physical and virtual servers (VMware); monitor server and drive health.
- Troubleshoot alerts for firewalls (SonicWall), endpoints (Sophos and SentinelOne), and MDR (Arctic Wolf); manage vulnerabilities (patches and updates) with Qualys.
- Administer phone system (Avaya IP Office).
