- Strong command of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash to automate workflows, manage infrastructure, and streamline repetitive tasks efficiently
- Capability to execute pre-defined run-books with precision and awareness, ensuring appropriate actions are taken for specific scenarios.
- Competence in responding to system health alerts, including troubleshooting, synchronizing systems, and addressing critical alerts to maintain operational stability.
- Windows Server Support: In-depth knowledge of Windows Server, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and security
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and server roles (such as DNS, DHCP, and IIS) is important for maintaining a healthy Windows environment.
- Proficiency in monitoring tools (like Prometheus, Nagios, or Windows Performance Monitor) to track system health, troubleshoot issues, and implement proactive solutions is crucial. Understanding how to follow alert response protocols and properly escalate issues is also important for system reliability and uptime.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services for cloud deployments, resource management, and troubleshooting cloud-based infrastructure
- Understanding SSO implementations, authentication protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and integrating SSO solutions for streamlined user access management.
Education/Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or relevant field required.
