About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant for Consumer, Small & Business Banking within the Cross Payments Enablement and Strategy team. This role will be responsible for supporting content creation, delivery, planning and execution to support of our data-driven strategy and growth across our payments products. In this role, you will:
Gather data and organize information about a specific problem/question, analyze data and come up with meaningful insights.
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Write clear, concise, executive-ready presentations.
Develop and implement a comprehensive program and project plans, keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the process.
Identify potential areas of resistance, risks, and challenges, and develop mitigation plans.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders, collaborate with subject matter experts and partners around the enterprise.
Establish metrics and mechanisms to monitor the program progress.
Support the strategic and annual business planning process.
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
Build cross-product strategies and inform product roadmaps.
Work with data and technology team to build out sustainable and scalable reporting and analytics capability.
Manage internal business and team management routines (town halls, business reviews, loudspeaker).
Develop and manage partner business routines (channels, marketing).
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced data analysis, insight generation and reporting skills.
Payments experience and/or financial services experience preferred
Ability to strategize and consult with leaders, executive management, partners, internal stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills with experience managing complex projects across a matrixed organization.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the proven ability to manage processes, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Advanced Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, MS Teams, LiveMeeting and SharePoint) skills.
Ability to create clear and compelling presentations with exceptional strategic “storytelling” skills.

Pay Range:
San Francisco - California Pay Range: $115,900 – $206,100 annual (this range may not be applicable to other locations)
