Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.
Position Summary:
This role is to support overall Financial Management, , PMO governance and routines, Project oversight, Resource management, Program Management routines for across all of GCIBT. Support IVG efforts, GCIBT change control routines and outcomes, over-communicate financial accuracy- overages and underage's for all related GLs within Program and at specific project level
Responsibilities:
- Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery of large programs, such as kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates
- Broadens relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations, as well as Compliance and Risk
- Establishes target outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and leaders
- Tracks success metrics and provides status updates to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to the target outcomes, delivery, performance, risks, issues, and schedule
- Collaborates with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
- Manages program financials and supports resource planning
- Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
- Plan and coordinate delivery and dependencies across multiple organizations.
- Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration across cross functional teams organizations to achieve the target outcomes and timeline.
- Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal.
- Ensure that execution is aligned with target outcomes by collaborating with the sponsor/stakeholders.
- Provide input to define/improve the Change Management process for the Portfolio.
- Tracks all risks from RTE / Program for appropriate documentation, evaluation, escalation and mitigation.
- Identifies all SteerCo worthy risk escalation for leadership in the assigned program.
- Coordinates all required Agile Plan estimates for assigned program after identification and specification by product management.
- Oversee the execution of the technology audit, ensuring adherence to audit standards and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years of project/program management experience
- Responsible for end-to-end oversight at the program level for a specified program and projects.
- Subject Matter Expert in Enterprise Change Standards, financial management, focus on execution and overall health.
- Experience preparing for and facilitates program level routines including pre and post release planning, financials management for project/program.
- Highly proficient in project management tools and applications including GPP or PPRT, PCM.
- Experience collaborating across business and technology teams to identify and mitigate risk and solve program level problems.
- Experience with Jira.
- Experience with Agile
Desired Qualifications:
- Previous experience within the Financial Services industry.
- Previous experience with Bank of America Enterprise Change Standards and Enterprise Tooling
