Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) is currently seeking a Software Delivery Office Leader located in Englewood CO, whose primary responsibility is to oversee the successful delivery of commitments to customers both internal and external. This leader plays a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. This role requires a combination of strong business acumen, Program management, Financial Management, leadership skills, and the ability to align with DAS business objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
- Integrated Delivery Management:
Accountable for managing the entire project lifecycle across all Software Organization deliverables across the global organization, from initiation to closure. This includes defining project objectives, creating project plans, allocating resources, and monitoring progress. Requires strong hands-on expertise in agile project management tools such as Jira Align, AHA etc.
Accountable to lead and manage a team of project/program managers/coordinators, and other staff members involved in project delivery. Provides guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team's and overall organization’s success.
Accountable to establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, peer leaders, and internal teams. Communicates project updates, manage expectations, and address any concerns or issues that may arise. Demonstrated ability to manage influencing without direct HR authority.
Accountable to identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project and program delivery. Proactively identify, monitor, and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Accountable to ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards. Define, establish, and enforce quality control processes, conduct regular reviews, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Governance & Performance Monitoring:
Accountable to track and report on project governance & performance, including key metrics/kpis such as budget, schedule, and quality. Analyze project data to identify areas for improvement, risk, and implement necessary changes.
- Finance & Budget Management
Accountable for budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight within DAS projects and execute service delivery initiatives, including prioritizing and aligning investment to business priorities.
In addition to overseeing project delivery, they are accountable for managing relationships with external vendors or suppliers who provide services to support project/program execution.
Accountable to establish, drive, and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Delivery Office and the organization as a whole. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes, project management tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in the Englewood Co location.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Has 10+ years of demonstrated program management in complex technology industry.
- Has 5+ years of hands-on expertise in portfolio management tools such as but not limited to JIRA Align, AHA etc.
- Has 5+ years managing large PMO organization driving change and efficiencies.
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor's degree or higher

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range: $186,150.00-$251,850.00.
